Northeast Chicos FC leads the way as our Semi-Pro flagship, supported by River Canyon CF, our development team. With the upcoming launch of the Major Bakersfield Soccer League (MBSL) and our annual showcase, we are building a complete soccer ecosystem that connects talent, competition, and community in Bakersfield and beyond.

Northeast Chicos FC is Bakersfield’s Semi-Professional soccer club, competing at the highest regional level while building a pathway for players to reach collegiate and professional opportunities. Our identity is rooted in the culture, diversity, and hardworking spirit of Kern County. We pride ourselves on bringing the community together through passion, discipline, and an entertaining style of play that represents Bakersfield with pride

River Canyon CF is our official development side, created to give young and upcoming players the platform to grow, gain experience, and prepare for the demands of the semi-professional stage. With a focus on technical growth, discipline, and competitive opportunities, River Canyon CF ensures that every player has the chance to develop into a future Northeast Chicos.

Northeast Chicas FC

Northeast Chicas FC is the official women’s team of Northeast Football Group, created to give female athletes from Bakersfield and the Central Valley a real player pathway to higher levels of the game. Built on culture, community, and ambition, the Chicas offer opportunities for players to be scouted, showcased, and connected with collegiate and professional programs. More than just a team, the Chicas represent empowerment, pride, and the growth of women’s soccer in our region.
